In Networking, very easy to chat with other computers. There is a tool which is known by Windows Chat. The important point is, you can chat without the internet. Read all below steps one by one Carefully:
1. First click on Start Menu in the taskbar then click on Run.
2. Now write Winchat on Run and click ok.
3. Then a Little Messenger open front of you. Click on the Converstaion in Menubar.
4. Then click on Dial.
5. After clicking dial, a window will open up. All computer names, which are present in your network that
are connected by networking them.
6. Please select one computer and start chatting.
7. If a person is not running Windows Chat then you will get this message.
8. It's different if they refuse to talk with you.
9. If you send a message to both sides comes the sound of the Bell
