Pakistani golfer to participate in Disabled Championship

LAHORE: Pakistani golfer, Saleem Raza departed for London to take part in the British Open Disabled Golf Championship, Geo News reported.

The tournament which will begin on August 19 and conclude on August 21 will feature over 100 golfers. Saleem Raza is the only Asian golfer to participate in the tournament but sadly when he arrived at the airport no official from the Golf Federation was there to bid him farewell and wish him good luck.

Speaking to Geo News Saleem Raza said he would perform his best during the tournament and improve Pakistan's image abroad.
