Power supply halts as rains continue across Sindh


HYDERABAD: The power supply to various grid stations suspended following the continued heavy rainfalls across the Sindh province.



According to the details, the power that suspended at 2pm on Wednesday in various areas of Hyderabad could not yet been restored. Meanwhile; rainwater entered houses in Lateefabad #2, 7, 8, 11 and Hali Road among several other areas.



The prolonged electricity outage was also reported in Jamshoro and Tandoalayar and the power supply could not be restored yet.

Low-lying areas of Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Nagarparkar, Thar, Chacharo and Chor among other areas inundated following the heavy rainfalls.
